Dear Customers, This release is a complete redesign of the app, with a huge set of features added. The best of all is the fact that we have built this app to be part of a fitness app suite which combines running and strength training.
The apps are completely integrated with each other, sharing a common track record of fitness history and achievements, and can even activate each. Here’s a list of just a few of the things we’ve added ● Brand New Look ● HD Everything ● iPhone 4, 5, 6 & 6+ optimized ● iPod & iPad optimized ● Motivational images & quotes ● Large Lock screen (with built in motivation) ● Integrated Facebook fitness community ● Workout history showing your entire fitness record across multiple apps ● Wins and badges showing you all of your achievements across multiple apps ● App Switch, allowing you to go from one fitness app to the next from inside the app ● Many more little goodies that you’ll love. 1.6 1 de dic. Lior233, Wow! I had been out of exercising for 6 years when I started this and I used to do 100 sit-ups for warm up. Starting with 15 was really rough for me and it didn't get any easier, since I started from basically zero. However it was all totally achievable, which kept me going.
15 is now ok to do and I think that the longer I keep doing this, the easier it will get. Just the current number will remain a challenge to me, which is fine by me.
If I don't push myself, I won't get anywhere and this is supposed to get me to 200 sit-ups pretty fast. To put this into perspective: I left the military and quit working out this way for 4 years. Then I joined a school for 6 months before moving again. There I went from 0 to 100 in basically 24 weeks. Now this app brings you from 15 to 200 in 10 weeks.
Take the break days. Do the stretching. It's worth it. You can do it. Lior233, Wow! I had been out of exercising for 6 years when I started this and I used to do 100 sit-ups for warm up. Starting with 15 was really rough for me and it didn't get any easier, since I started from basically zero.

Then with the latest updates I no longer have access to anything more than the free trial version. There is no way to restore purchases. There is no way to go back to a version in which I can use more than 4 days of workouts. I just opened it one day and it was all gone. I bought this.
One of the few apps I’ve bought. I get updates are necessary, but if you own it it should be yours and you shouldn’t be updated out of ability to use. When a new car model comes out the dealer doesn’t come and repossess your car and make you re buy your car back. Bad business.
